Jane Beup serves as Executive Director of the Aiming High Foundation, bringing twenty years of nonprofit leadership experience to the role. Throughout her career, Jane has built and scaled mission-driven organizations focused on healthcare access, community resilience, and underserved populations, making her a natural fit to lead the foundation's mission.

Prior to joining the Aiming High Foundation, Jane consulted senior leadership and drove fund development across the nonprofit sector, overseeing program development, strategic partnerships, and fundraising operations. Her  twenty-year track record includes an average of $10M in funding for community health initiatives while setting the gold standard for fundraising events in various markets.

Jane is known for her ability to translate vision into action, building the operational infrastructure, donor relationships, and community partnerships that allow organizations to grow their impact sustainably. She brings that same discipline and passion to every aspect of the Aiming High Foundation's work and shared vision for the future.
